How do I purchase antique furniture?

What are the delivery charges and methods?

  • Note that we currently offer FREE DELIVERY within Cape Town & Western Cape Winelands.
  • All orders are dispatched from our facility in Cape Town, South Africa.
  • We make use of reputable road freight companies for national deliveries. Kindly note that we currently ONLY SUPPLY AND DELIVER WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA.
  • Your road freight delivery should reach you within 7 working days, but anticipated timelines will also be confirmed upon receipt of your order.
  • Road Freight charges will vary dependent on delivery area (postal code of physical delivery address required) and the size and weight of your item (you will be charged on the greater of actual vs volumetric weight).
    Once you have received your order, it is advisable to immediately inspect it for any potential damage that may have incurred during transportation. This must be noted on the particular waybill/documentation presented by the transporter at the time.
  • Kindly notify our sales team at info@mylifestylecollections.com immediately, should you receive a damaged item. Please include photographs, your order or invoice number, as well as a copy of the delivery documentation.

How do I track my parcel?

  • You will receive your unique tracking number once your order has been processed & dispatched. A link to the transporter’s site will be supplied (where applicable) in order to trace your parcel.
  • If your parcel has not been delivered within 7 working days from the dispatched date, please contact us at info@mylifestylecollections.com.
  • Once you have received your order, it is advisable to immediately inspect it for any potential damage that might have incurred during transportation. This must be noted on the particular waybill/documentation presented by the transporter at the time.
  • Kindly notify our team at info@mylifestylecollections.com immediately, should you receive a damaged item. Please include photographs, your order or invoice number, as well as a copy of the delivery documentation.

What is the Return Policy?

  • We only accept return items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Contact us at info@mylifestylecollections.com to make the necessary arrangements. You will be responsible to arrange your own transportation for any returns.
  • We advise using a traceable delivery method for all returns and suggest that you ensure insurance thereof for safe return to My Lifestyle Collections South Africa, so that you are completely covered should the shipment be lost or damaged whilst in transit. Please take care to ensure adequate packaging for handling and transit of the items. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you will remain solely responsible for the lost or damaged items.
  • Acceptance of returned goods is subject to the goods being inspected at our premises and being judged, in our sole discretion, as in original and undamaged condition.
  • Refunds may take up to 5 working days after receiving the items. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the refund has been processed. Please note that refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding delivery (when applicable). Once the refund has been processed, a copy of the receipt will be sent to you by email.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

We regret that exchanges are not allowed. Purchased items are final, thus credit notes and refunds will only be made for damaged items.

My parcel is damaged. Can I send it back?
